I had called United Airlines and also spoken to a rep with Asiana Airlines regarding our allowed luggage. My understanding was that we could get 2 checked bags for no fee due to it being an international flight. Now as I get older I know that I mix things up sometimes (yes, I can finally begin to admit that I am mistaken sometimes!). My mistake/misunderstanding all worked out, because long story short the United guy waived the $70 per extra bag fee for us. I had 4 of our bags to check and 4 bags full of donations for Show Hope, the orphanages, and Maria's Big House of Hope! When the guy finally agreed to waive the fees, I started crying and told him how thankful I was!!
The kids were SO excited!
